It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with all applicable local, regional, and national laws. bw888 shall not be liable for any breach of local gambling laws by Users.
Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) Account. Multiple Accounts registered by the same individual, household, IP address, or device are strictly prohibited. bw888 reserves the right to close duplicate Accounts, void all associated transactions, and withhold any winnings or bonuses obtained through duplicate Accounts.
To register an Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account termination.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must notify bw888 immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your Account. bw888 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your Account credentials.
bw888 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, and e-wallets including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 for bank transfers and Rp 20,000 for e-wallet transfers, unless otherwise stated.
Deposits are typically credited to your Account instantly or within a few minutes, depending on the payment method used. bw888 does not charge fees for deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose transaction fees beyond our control.
You may request a Withdrawal of your Account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions: (a) your Account must be fully verified through the KYC process; (b) you must have met all applicable wagering requirements for any Bonuses; (c) the Withdrawal method must match the Deposit method, unless otherwise approved by bw888; and (d) the minimum Withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000.
Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes to 6 hours under normal circumstances, depending on the payment method and time of request. First-time Withdrawals may require additional verification and may take up to 24 hours. bw888 reserves the right to delay or decline any Withdrawal request if fraud, collusion, money laundering, or breach of these Terms is suspected.
You may only deposit funds from a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits (deposits made from an account belonging to another person) are strictly prohibited and will result in the funds being returned to the source, less any applicable fees, and potential Account closure.
All Bonuses offered by bw888 are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates. These terms are published alongside each promotional offer and form part of these Terms. It is your responsibility to read and understand the Bonus terms before accepting any offer.
Unless otherwise stated, all Bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple of the Bonus amount (e.g., 5× for sports bets, 15× for casino games). Only bets placed with real-money funds count toward wagering requirements, unless the Bonus terms explicitly state otherwise.
bw888 reserves the right to void Bonuses and confiscate winnings if we determine that a User has engaged in Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts to claim promotions, coordinating with other Users to exploit offers, or employing betting strategies designed solely to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk. Any User found to be abusing Bonuses will have their Account closed and funds forfeited.
Unless otherwise stated, each promotional offer is limited to one (1) use per User, household, IP address, and payment method. bw888 reserves the right to withhold or reclaim Bonuses if multiple claims from the same household or location are detected.
All bets placed on bw888 are governed by the specific rules of the game or sport in question. These rules are available on the Platform and form part of these Terms. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and game-specific rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail.
bw888 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any Bet at our sole discretion, including but not limited to situations where: (a) the Bet is placed after an event has started or the outcome is already known; (b) technical errors result in incorrect odds or lines; (c) the User is suspected of fraud, collusion, or other prohibited conduct; or (d) the Bet exceeds the maximum stake limit for the User's Account.
All bets are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body for the sport or game in question. In the case of sports betting, bets are settled using results from reputable data providers. bw888's settlement decisions are final, except in cases of obvious error, in which case bw888 reserves the right to correct the settlement and adjust Account balances accordingly.
If a sports event is postponed, abandoned, or declared void, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to User Accounts, unless the event is rescheduled and completed within 48 hours of the original start time. Casino game rounds interrupted due to technical issues will be settled according to the game provider's rules.
bw888 reserves the right to impose maximum payout limits on certain bet types, events, or games. These limits are published on the Platform and may vary by sport, league, and User Account status. Winnings exceeding the stated maximum payout will be capped at the maximum amount.

Users may request self-exclusion from the Platform for a minimum period of 6 months or permanently. Self-exclusion requests must be submitted to our customer support team and will take effect within 24 hours. During the self-exclusion period, you will be unable to access your Account, place bets, or receive promotional communications. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed once activated.
Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly Deposit Limits and Loss Limits through their Account settings. Increases to these limits require a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect. Decreases take effect immediately. bw888 reserves the right to impose additional limits on Accounts where problem gambling behavior is detected.
bw888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at our sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving: (a) breach of these Terms; (b) fraudulent activity or attempted fraud; (c) money laundering or other illegal activity; (d) abusive behavior toward staff or other Users; or (e) failure to complete KYC verification. Upon Account closure, all pending bets will be settled, and any remaining Account balance (excluding Bonus funds) will be returned to you, less any applicable fees or amounts owed to bw888.
bw888 is required by law to verify the identity of all Users. You may be required to submit the following documentation: (a) a government-issued photo ID (e.g., KTP, passport, driver's license); (b) proof of address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement issued within the last 3 months); and (c) proof of payment method ownership (e.g., bank statement showing your name and account number). Failure to provide requested documents within 30 days may result in Account suspension and Withdrawal restrictions.
bw888 operates a strict anti-money laundering (AML) policy. We reserve the right to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate authorities. Deposits must be wagered at least once before a Withdrawal can be processed. Large or unusual transactions may be subject to enhanced due diligence.
All content on the bw888 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and game displays, is the property of bw888 or its licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without our prior written consent.
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. bw888 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, reliability, or suitability of the Platform. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, bw888 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount deposited into your Account during the 12 months preceding the claim.
bw888 shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from technical failures, including but not limited to server downtime, internet connectivity issues, payment gateway failures, or errors in game software. In the event of a technical malfunction affecting the outcome of a game or bet, bw888 reserves the right to void all affected transactions.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bw888 Platform:
Any User found to be engaging in prohibited activities will have their Account immediately closed and all funds forfeited. bw888 reserves the right to pursue legal action where appropriate.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bw888 is licensed and regulated. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
In the event of a dispute between you and bw888, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through our customer support team. If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support within 30 days, either party may escalate the matter to formal dispute resolution or legal proceedings.
Any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform must be brought within six (6) months of the date the claim arose. Claims filed after this period will be deemed time-barred and invalid.
bw888 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Amendments will be effective immediately upon publication on the Platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. Continued use of the Platform after amendments have been published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the intent of the original provision.
